All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed and processed.

 

Order Accuracy

 

Please review your order carefully before checking out.

  • We are not responsible for incorrect cap sizes, lengths, textures, lace types, or address errors entered by the customer.
  • If a wig does not fit due to the wrong cap size being selected, reconstruction is available for $125, plus return shipping.

 

Pricing Policy

All prices are non-negotiable and subject to change without notice. Promotions cannot be applied to previous orders.

Processing & Shipping

  • Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday–Friday).
  • We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
  • Processing and shipping timeframes listed are estimates, not guarantees.
  • Once a package is in the possession of the carrier, we are not responsible for:
    • delays
    • missed delivery attempts
    • stolen packages
    • weather-related issues

Customers are responsible for tracking and receiving their packages.

Customization & Styling

Unless stated otherwise:

  • Wigs do not come customized or styled
  • Bleaching knots, plucking, coloring, or cutting are not included
  • Custom work must be paid for separately if offered

 

 

 

Quality & Hair Care Disclaimer

Human hair requires proper maintenance. We are not responsible for:

  • damage caused by bleaching, coloring, heat, improper installation, or stylist errors
  • shedding or tangling caused by mistreatment or chemical processing

Care instructions are provided as recommendations, not guarantees.

Chargebacks & Fraud Protection

To protect our business:

  • Chargebacks and payment disputes will be pursued with proof of delivery
  • Fraudulent orders will be reported and blocked from future purchases

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once submitted, as fulfillment begins immediately.

Ready-To-Ship Orders

  • These items are already made and prepared for shipment
  • Ships same day or next business day
  • Business days exclude weekends and holidays
  • No changes can be made after purchase

Pre-Order / Made-To-Order Wigs

  • These items require additional processing time before shipping
  • Processing estimates will be listed on the product page
  • Processing times are estimates, not guarantees
  • Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled or altered

Shipping Policy

  • damage caused by chemicals, toners, bleaching, coloring, or heat
  • matting or shedding caused by improper care
  • damage from stylist installation methods

Care tips are recommendations, not performance guarantees.

Photo / Video Unboxing Requirements for Claims

To protect product integrity and sanitation standards, all concerns must be documented before the product is installed, altered, brushed, washed, cut, colored, plucked, or manipulated in any way.

For any claim to be reviewed:

✅ Video must show the package being opened

✅ Hair must be shown in its original condition and packaging

✅ Lace, bundles, or wigs must be untouched and uninstalled

✅ Footage must clearly display the issue

Claims without unboxing video proof are not eligible for review.

Once a product has been altered in any way, no claim can be submitted.
